How does executive performance coaching work?

We offer three basic levels of coaching:

 

Level #1:
  • Coaching by phone (generally one hour) at a time and place convenient to you, generally three to four times per month.

  • Unlimited email coaching between calls.

Level #2:
  • Level #1 PLUS

  • Personality and leadership style assessments of you, your spouse/significant other, and members of your team.

  • Quarterly face-to-face meetings for one or two days with you alone, or with you and your spouse/significant other, or with you and members of your team.

Level #3:
  • Level #1 and #2 PLUS

  • Monthly, or as needed, face-to-face meetings with you alone, or with you and your spouse/significant other, or with you and members of your team.

  • 360 degree assessments (of your strengths, weaknesses and personal development needs) with persons of your choosing: family, friends, board of directors, colleagues, staff, investors, strategic allies, suppliers, others.

  • Limited coaching for your family, friends and team, with the aim of how they can best support and work with you.

Coaching engagements are for three months minimum and generally last from six to twelve months, depending on your needs.

Coaching options can be customized to meet your needs.
